Terms of Service

The terms governing use of this website and any engineering services provided by Neuvance.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Template note: this is a starting template, not legal advice. Replace the bracketed details with your own and have it reviewed by a qualified professional before publishing.

1. Our services

Neuvance provides AI and software engineering, design and related consulting services. Information on this site (including timelines and any figures) is for general guidance only and is not a binding offer. A binding quote is issued only in a signed written proposal or statement of work (SOW).

2. Requesting a proposal

Submitting a form on this site is a non-binding enquiry. No fee is due and no obligation arises until both parties sign a written SOW setting out scope, price and timeline.

3. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are invoiced by milestones as set out in your SOW. Late payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

4. Intellectual property

On full and final payment, ownership of the custom source code, models, prompts and deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how and may reuse general, non-confidential techniques on future projects.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your project details as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before discussing sensitive information.

6. Warranties & AI limitations

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. AI systems are probabilistic and can produce errors; we build evaluation and guardrails but do not warrant that any AI output will be error-free or fit for every purpose. You are responsible for human review where outcomes are material.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
